Toastmasters International for the past hundred years has dedicated itself to communication and leadership development. Each member defines his/her communication course and time table and chooses speaking projects (basic and advanced) that are clearly defined in TM manuals. Members read about the project, and prepare and deliver their speech which is then critiqued by another member. National Teacher Training College Of Lesotho

Re-established the physical education program and teacher training of physical education at the National Teacher Training College of Lesotho, Africa. Wrote the physical education curriculum for the college and assisted in writing the health curriculum for the elementary and high schools of country of Lesotho. Trained a national counterpart to take my place after three years of service with the United Nations.

I was assigned to the rural town of Asuncion in the provence of Davao Del Norte, Philippine Islands, in collaboration with the Davao City YMCA to start a YMCA. In this capacity I was involved in a plethora of community projects from the conceptual stage, to the planning stage, through the creation and management of the project, and the follow up of these projects and programs.
