Since Octobre 2024 I joined this exciting and visionary company as a Business Development Manager. My duties include identifying and securing new business opportunities to drive growth. Maintain strategic partnerships with clients and industry stakeholders. Additionally, I'm responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue goals. I also collaborate with the leadership team to align business development efforts with the company's overall vision and objectives.

- Implement and follow strategic project management plan in order to achieve the company goals.- Lead a flawless project manager methodologies to ensure the project timings, costs, quality and customer satisfaction.- Support the company operations to succesfully meet the business strategy and its implementation plan.

Manage and lead business related actions in our plants in China and India by:- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives- Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients- Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals- Training business development staff

Reporting to General Manager, my duties are assign and direct all work performed in the branch and to supervise all areas of operation. Including staff management, foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation. Working on the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement.

Reporting to Branch Manager and Global Operations Manager, in charge of the areas of production, planning, continuous improvement, human resources and quality.The main tasks are as follow:- Ensure that all works are manufactured in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements.- Chalking out or improve operational systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organisational well-being. Follow timings, materials delivery plan and resources assignment.- Contribute towards the achievement of company’s strategic and operational objectives.- Examine financial data/statements and use them to improve profitability.- Perform quality controls and monitor projects during all the stages.- Recruit, train, supervise and appraise human resources.- Manage and follow up suppliers performance, budget and quality.- Cater to clients’ concerns focusing on customer satisfaction.

Since April 2016 I moved to Suzhou in order to set up a production plant to manufacture machines in Suzhou China. My main tasks are:- Find a plant according to the characteristics required to start production.- Develop a supplier network to start production in Suzhou.- Hire and train a new team of local Engineers to produce according to the company quality requirements.- Follow-up project timings and budgets.- Seek for new customers and projects to match the company sales target in China.

Since August 2011 to April 2016 I have been coordinating the mechanical design and assembly process of different non standard automotive projects. I was in charge of all the stages of the project regarding to the mechanical department:- Understand the customer specs and prepare a project kick off.- Prepare the concept design of the whole project.- Review the design with the customer in order to meet their expectations.- Coordinate the Mechanical Team in order to design the machines according to the company and customer requirements.- Follow up timing and costs.- Supervise the technicians during the assembly process and fix the problems that might occur.- Work on the debug on the customer facilities to close the issues and finish the project according to the maximum quality required.- Work on warranty, machine improvements and technical service.
