Owned and drove success of ASA’s online community, powered by Jive Software. Initiated and established an online community engagement team of several stakeholders throughout ASA; team was responsible for increasing adoption and engagement of ASA website members. Created/leveraged monthly metrics (using Jive reports and Webtrends) to track and communicate progress to both the engagement team and sr. management.Championed two highly successful contests within the community, reaching historical highs in usage and registration.Managed support of production issues and features on ASA’s financial education website, www.saltmoney.org, and its learning management system, in addition to the online community.Ensured product integrity during releases: gathered requirements from business stakeholders for enhancements, new features, and bug fixes; entered JIRA user stories and liaised with development team; prioritized fixes for QA and development team; represented business perspective for all testing phases and worked jointly with QA. Expedited business team readiness on all new launches; developed release documentation and served as point of contact for all outstanding release information and questions/concerns.Collaborated with the Jive Boston User Group, sharing ideas and best practices within online communities.Worked closely with 3rd party consultants to understand and integrate outside platforms into our own.Convinced management of readiness to handle increased bandwidth after only 1 month; took over product ownership of ASA’s learning management system, powered by Moodle. Managed all LMS administration, maintenance and reporting.
