In my Business Analyst role, I am responsible for executing the Software Development Life Cycle as it pertains to new and existing applications. As a SharePoint Quality Analyst, I test all applications throughout the SDLC to ensure that our team delivers a quality and bug free product. This is done in accordance with the SCRUM Methodology.o Responsible for researching and refining SharePoint migration requirements as well as communicating directly with Application Owners in collaboration with Developers.o Schedule and manage Product Owners requirements meetings to understand, capture and validate new requirements for development, modification and enhancements.o Analyze complex problems, identify outliers, interpret Application Owners’ needs and develop creative solutionso Execute software test plans in order to identify software problems and their causeso Interact daily with Application Owners, IT/IS Specialists, Corporate Retention Analysts, Data Analysts and Project Managers to ensure operational functionality of applicationso Implement the SCRUM Methodology in the capacity of SCRUM Master o Develop all documentation in accordance with software development and maintenance. For example: Business Requirement Document (BRD) User Story/Use Case User Acceptance Test (UAT) materials - and conduct UAT meetings and sessions Develop Training documents - deliver training required for each application  Workflow Charts User Guideso Understand data standards, identify data anomalies and instill data quality in all applications delivered

• Construct new HTML content from source material provided – content for new and existing web pages was given to me by business/content owners which I transformed into html pages using dreamweaver and sharepoint ( Landing pages/webparts to control the design and layout)• Update existing HTML files / intranet content. – same here for updating existing web pages• Re-format Microsoft application files to web-viewable format. • Collaborate with marketing on new brand designs for Norwegians intranet web site whenever brand changes. • Brand Norwegians intranet web site with each brand update.• Maintain content updates in controlled documentation standards on the intranet. • Manage quality assurance of intranet content including maintenance of structural ( ensuring that sure that content being uploaded to the site did not bring the site down - ie files too large for our bandwith to handle ) and hyperlink integrity, established content standards and proof-reading. • Lead special intranet enhancement projects as assigned – met with business owners to discuss site requirements(for content,document and site functionality ie file naming convention and so forth) for new site projects.• Manage intranet expansion in initial content set-up and familiarization of new content builders with site standards and processes. After the Site Admin build the sites and handled migration of existing content from the static platform into the new sharepoint site while ensuring that site standards were met - naming convention etc – after completion of site buildout – I did the testing after which I met with business owners and site useres to familiarize/tainr them on the different processes.• Create training documents for each level of site users.• Address technical intranet issues reported to our team through Service Desk. • Research and resolve reported issues that are in my area of expertise.
