During her career at CCL she has held numerous global program management positions and has worked with clients from most industries. As Managing Director, Joan continued to design and deliver highly customized leadership solutions leveraging her real work experience. As a certified Executive Coach, she coached action learning teams and senior teams, co-authored publications on Resiliency, Adaptability,and Balance. Joan has extensive experience in the healthcare field and as a result she was selected to be part of the National Program Office for the Robert Wood Johnson Executive Nurse Fellows Program as co- lead designer and faculty. Joan was also active as a board member for numerous boards supporting her belief that board and community service is a practice field for leadership development.
