Achieved savings in excess of $90 million since the inception of the department, approximating 10%-60% savings per deal. • Project managed an IT Contract/Vendor/Asset Management inititative which included: developing a core team to gather business requirements, reviewing vendor solutions, selecting a solution for a proof-of-concept, and building the business case for executive approval and sign-off. Obtained approval in 2003-2004 for the solution to manage the contracts, assets, vendor and financial information. The applicaton has since been successfully implemented based on a projected net savings of $6 million over five years. Project was on time and within budget.
