Joan is a born native of Fairfax County having grown up in Springfield since the mid-1960’s and living the last 22 years in Burke. She has witnessed first-hand the growth of the Northern Virginia area and is knowledgeable about the communities that make up the greater DMV area.Joan graduated from Northern Virginia Community College in 2001 with an associate degree in Business Management and again in 2015 with a second degree in Interior Design. Joan also earned her accredited certification as an Interior Decorator. Joan has been a Virginia Notary Public since 1992. Joan earned her Notary Signing Agent certification through the National Notary Association. Joan is a licensed Realtor® in Virginia. Joan draws her professional experience to lend to real estate from over two decades working in the civil engineering and homebuilding industries, and this experience has provided her an extensive understanding of the foundations that are interconnected with real estate - and she utilizes this experience to advance the interests each and every one of her clients.At home Joan enjoys spending her time with family and friends and engaged in DIY projects, gardening, reading, cooking and music.
