About Joan Weston

I am currently preparing for an exhibition of new paintings featuring and contrasting the hills, trees, light and atmosphere of the Maure ranges in southern France with that of mid Wales. These will be exhibited at the Astor Community Theatre Gallery in March 2016. I have just finished two showing the kite feeding at Bwlch Nant yr Arian.This year I will be exhibiting my work in our local village venues and will be taking part in the Ceredigion Art Trail from August 22nd-31st. My new garden studio/gallery will be open to visitors throughout the summer months.I am looking forward to speaking about my quilts and the inspiration for them at the Quilters Guild Region 12 Area Day on Saturday 18th April. 10.30 -3.30 at Neuadd Goffa, Llanrhystud, SY23 5BN.
