• In the role of fund accounting, I have 1) researched for and studied mainstream portfolio management systems in the market for both hedge funds and private equity funds; 2) drafted standardized worksheets and reports including allocation worksheet with waterfall calculation, capital call notice, distribution notice, investor statement, holdings report, PnL report, balance sheet, and income statement in both English and Chinese for private equity clients; 3) prepared private companies' valuation worksheets with valuation methods covering price of recent investment, multiples, discounted cash flow, net assets, and industry valuation benchmark• In the role of operations, I have set up both onshore and offshore funds for Sycamore and was responsible for reviewing private placement memorandum, subscription agreement, redemption notice, and other registration related documents for the funds and coordinated with third parties including custodians, investors, auditors, and regulation bodies to ensure a successful set-up or launch of funds• In the role of marketing, I am responsible for developing relationship with potential clients as well as deal negotiation• In the role of project manager, I have coordinated with data, IT, and quantitative teams in both internal and external projects to ensure clients’ needs are addressed, goals are understood, and deadlines are met

• Manage firm’s offshore accounting team on month end close for clients with different fund structures to ensure established closing procedures and controls are met under strict deadlines • Perform investor allocation checks for master-feeder / standalone funds’ new issue PnL and withholding tax allocation, side pocket capital and PnL transfers, management fee calculation, clawback incentive fee calculation and investors’ LCF/ISTF calculation based on funds’ PPM • Monitor funds’ daily status to identify cash, trade and corporate action breaks; research for the breaks and communicate with various parties to resolve the breaks on a timely basis • Coordinate with client, external auditors and internal financials team on both year end and interim audits; support all parties on understanding funds’ complex activities for accurate presentation in financials; review financial drafts provided by financials team including core statements, SOI, ASU815, ASU820, ASU2011-11, financial highlights and side pocket notes

• Reconciled cash and portfolios including listed securities, distressed debt, forwards, futures, OTC options, credit default swaps, interest rate swaps, commodity swaps, currency swaps and various swaps to both prime brokers and clients; researched for and reported on any existing position or valuation breaks • Prepared year-end and interim financials for multi-strategy hedge fund clients under GAAP; interacted with clients, auditors and tax department in the year end audit; provided ad hoc reports and analyses upon requests • Trained and monitored staff accountants on month-end close procedures and interim financial statements preparation
