As a Patient Care Department Coordinator at Ferticentro, I led a team of over 15 multilingual professionals who provided personalized care and support to patients seeking fertility treatments. I was involved in the creation and development of the department, the recruitment and training of new staff, and the organization and implementation of quality procedures and documents.I also established and maintained partnerships with associations, clinics, and companies in the reproductive medicine field, representing Ferticentro at international fairs and events. I communicated effectively with international patients, explaining and planning their treatments, managing their logistics and billing, and facilitating their communication with the medical team. Additionally, I trained in the Andrology Lab and gained strong knowledge about Fertility treatments. I am passionate about helping people achieve their reproductive goals and providing them with the best possible care and experience.
