Examples of some recent projects in which I have been involved:•National R&D, co-promotion, and internationalization projects: Playoff, True, Candy, Wallscreen, CHIC, Cloudsetup, SHAZAAM; VAPOR360;•Eurostars projects: Cloudsail;•European projects: XRECO, SCENE, Cined, MAP, Trublo, Datacloud, Emerald, ARTICONF.Main Functions Performed:•Preparation of financial reports for multiple projects simultaneously, autonomously ensuring adherence to deadlines;•Monitoring project evolution in terms of financial execution; optimization of financial performance; Identification of discrepancies, thorough analysis of their underlying causes, and prompt implementation of measures to mitigate unforeseen events during project execution. •Participation in audits with Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) and external auditing firms such as PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC). •Compilation and organization of pertinent financial data for accounting records;•Analysis of project-specific accounts; Control of outstanding amounts; monitoring project status and put forth efforts to expedite project closure.•Expense framing within the project scope;•Critical examination of decisions influencing the presented reports, accompanied by the provision of thoroughly substantiated clarifications.•Preparation of physical and digital dossiers.•Allocation of technical teams and oversight of personnel timesheets management.• Stay constantly updated with the specific rules of each funding program (Experience in QREN projects, Portugal 2020, Eurostars, Horizon 2020, and more recently Portugal 2030 and Horizon Europe.)•Within the scope of projects, I also highlight my autonomy and reliability in preparing information for the submission of SIFIDE and IPCTN.SIFIDE is a Portuguese tax incentive program designed to encourage and support research and development activities conducted by companies.
