Responsible for the sales strategy and trade marketing planning for the launch of a new product -of an BAT's Key Account-, in the Brazilian market: the challenge was to design the sales and logistic processes and have 60.000 full operating points of sales throughout the Brazilian territory in one year.- Worked with multidisciplinary teams to plan the new SOP processes: rearrange logistics, sales and reverse logistics processes in order to avoid negative impacts on the current ones.- Designed the new sales processes for all company channels: direct sales, tele sales and ecommerce.- Negotiated contract items: merchandising, route to market, reversal logistics, sales and BAT’s remuneration terms.- Developed the sales forecast and demand planning through data analytics of other market launches.- Negotiated with Merchandising and 3rd party team recruitment suppliers.- Provided weekly presentations for planning updates (internal and external).- Managed the Trade Marketing Intern: Defined objectives and processes, helped to establish a routine and organize the demands, always aiming at prioritizing activities.

Planning and implementation of the new sales system with a focus on the multi-category portfolio, in BAT's global project with the objective of digitalizing the sales front and implementing the business intelligence tool Salesforce, working with multidisciplinary teams.-Provided the Key Accounts’ growth strategy in the company's other sales channels: ecommerce and tele sales.- Provided the P&L analysis with regional areas offices.- Developed reports and dashboards to measure the main KPIs of the area.- Supported tactical plans for recovery of losses and expenses; achieved ​​12% of recovery in default and write-off.- Created, executed and evaluated campaigns for the sales force team.- Supported the redesign of the operation and new portfolio definition, with the objective of increasing profitability for the area, where we reached 200% more than the planned result for the year.
