Co-founded and lead to grow the 1º Zero Waste startup restaurant in Brazil.I took an idea from paper and turned it into Casa Origem, the 1st Waste Zero restaurant in Brazil. My role has varied greatly since the company was founded. I went through all the stages of the business until I understood what I'm good at: product management and strategic communication based on ESG pratics.On different levels of uncertainty, I lead product strategy over all growth levels (acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, referral) and processes (planning, execution, analysis, learnings).
