I am excited to be working with the School of Nursing at the University of Galway, where I am co-ordinating and facilitating CPR skills sessions for Nursing and Midwifery students. This programme is required by all Nursing students prior to attending their clinical practice.

Worked with RnD Discovery, an onboarding program designed to introduce new hires in RnD to Shopify's product and tech stack.

As a Team Lead, I managed an escalated support team, which was a technical touchpoint between the Support and Development teams at Shopify. I encouraged individual professional development while mentoring and coaching team members to provide high-value support to our merchants.

As a member of the Technical Merchant Support Team, I was not only able to provide more technical assistance to our merchants but was able to provide technical assistance to the Support Team. I championed a diversity project that encouraged women to apply for more technical roles in Shopify and provided mentoring to new team members.

Shopify is an international company that provides complete e-commerce solutions for businesses around the world. As a Support Advisor, I had the awesome privilege of assisting our merchants by offering solutions that will help them grow their businesses. I also spent 300+ hours mentoring new Support Advisors, recorded 14 training webinars, and gave a talk to the company on productivity.

I started my company, Helping Hearts, to deliver personalised CPR & First Aid Training Courses for first responders, professionals, communities, and schools throughout Ireland.Specialising in Community CPR Courses and CPR in schools, we provide our students with the knowledge and confidence to act in an emergency.
