I started my career in the year 2003 at Visteon - Palmela Plant, an American leading global automotive supplier that designs, engineers and manufactures innovative climate, electronics and interior products for vehicle manufacturers, in the area of Plant Engineering. In this unit I was responsible for preparing and implementing the monitoring plan of the network of Air Compressed Unit. Alongside with this, I developed some activities in Process Laboratory related with monitoring effluents and control of other variables of this unit.My transition to TRATOLIXO takes place in 2005, where I started working in the Waste Management Area. Tratolixo EIM – Inter-Municipal Company - is responsible for the Management, Treatment and Recovery of Municipal Solid Waste produced by Oeiras, Mafra, Cascais and Sintra Municipalities. I began in the GSI department (Management Integrated System), to support the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System. A few years later, I supported the development of the certification process for Occupational Health and Safety Management, which led TRATOLIXO to an Integrated Management System. From 2008 until nowadays, I work in the Process and Product Control Department which has three main activities: Environmental Monitoring, Process and Product Control and Waste Characterization.
