• Supervise a team of paralegals handling over 200 litigation case files, particularly debt collection lawsuits and judgment enforcement matters• Enter information into the firm’s database, while ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the data• Draft and organize legal court documents, such as summons, complaints, affidavits, affirmations, stipulations, judgments, motions, restraining notices, subpoenas, exhibits, blue backs, and settlement agreements• File legal papers electronically through New York State Courts Electronic Filing (NYSCEF)• Run searches on PACER for corporate and personal bankruptcies and file proofs of claim in bankruptcy cases• Record and maintain docket calendar for upcoming court proceedings• Consult with debtors, clients, legal teams, opposing counsel, court clerks, and bank personnel• Assess financial statements, such as bank statements and wire transfers, for leads in recovering funds owed to clients• Coordinate efforts for successful outcomes in cases involving six-figure judgments and settlements
