Building MARHABA - a gastronomic project formed by men and women from Syria and Eritrea, all of them beginning a new life in Lisbon. This project was born among the project "É UMA VIDA" (created byCRESCER, within the scope of the Municipal Refugee Reception Program in the City of Lisbon)."É UMA VIDA" aims to support the integration of asylum seekers into our community, on the basis of a close and continuous relationship.Responsible for: > Coordinating, motivating and empowering Marhaba team > Being in contact with clients and potential clients > Establishment of partnerships with relevant stakeholders > Managing the operation of all events on going - Caterings; Lunches; Monthly Brunch; etc. > Looking for new clients and partners

➣ Managed hiring processes in collaboration with different Team Leaders and Founders ✓Searched, pre-selected and recommended best candidates; helped during decision processes and hired ✓Ended up with the hire of around 60% of the interviewed candidates, which represented 80% of August and September hires. ➣ Managed relationships with 60% of all candidates and selected potential ones for future vacancies➣ Created a different design for HR Checkpoints (employees' overview regarding their Uniplaces journey) and extended the activity to junior employees, which resulted in a higher number of initiatives that helped them to feel personally and professionally better. ➣ Contributed with ideas and contacts of partners and food providers that helped to organize Uniplaces events.

➣Managed to do 100 calls per day, resulting on an average of 150 closed deals per month➣Built and managed own pipeline➣Attended meetings with big accounts (more than 20 properties) and managed to close them➣Managed to close on the phone hostels with more than 20 rooms
