As the leader of the People Development and Engagement team, I work closely with the strategic part of the organization to develop a solid and impactful human resources strategy.To ensure that PHCs are motivated and have the best work experience, my role encompasses various responsibilities, including: » Leading, managing, budgeting, planning, supporting, motivating, impacting, and developing the development team, and ensuring that we are a reference in organizational culture;» Working in close partnership with each director and leader to promote growth, motivation, management, and development of their teams, thus ensuring a close partnership and better people management.» Thinking, developing, optimizing, and implementing the best people management and development practices, specifically in areas such as Employer Branding, Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning and Development, Performance, Career Management, and Offboarding. As a team, our main objective is to increase productivity, retain and motivate all PHC employees.

As the Team Lead of the People Development Team I work closely with the HR Director to develop a solid and impactful HR strategy. My responsibilities entail:- Leading, managing, budgeting, planning, supporting, motivating and developing a team of 2 people development specialists and ensuring we are an organizational culture reference;- Thinking, developing and implementing the best people management and development practices, specifically when it comes to Employer Branding, Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning and Development, Performance and Career Management and Offboarding. As a team, our main goal is to increase productivity, retain and motivate all PHC employees.- Support every PHC leader in their people development and ensure a strong partnership with top and middle management inside the company.

My responsibilities as part of the Human Resources Unit are: To accompany and develop every PHC, inside their Unit or Business Unit, as an HR Business Partner; To manage PHC Employer Branding, by managing its presence in events and initiatives; To plan and organize the recruitment and selection process; To manage internships programs; To manage the onboarding process and guaranteeing the best integration of new PHCs; To organize and manage the companies training process and plan; To ensure the employees happiness, by developing different activities and projects with this goal; To manage our employee’s performance, and organizing the performance evaluation and monitoring the career model; To organize internal events; To develop social responsibility awareness and managing internal initiatives; To support and listen to all employees, ensuring their development; To guarantee the best support during the off boarding process.
