- Ensures that key practitioners have up-to-date scientific data about the CVRM therapeutic area, through active collaborative relationships. Interacts with current and future opinion leaders (OLs), scientific experts, cooperative study groups and study sites, throughout the whole territory of Angola.- Ensures stakeholder engagement with continuous medical education by enabling and supporting the participation of Subsaharan African scientific societies (eg Endocrinology and Cardiology societies) in international and regional independent congresses, and AZ's organised meetings.- Develops, coordinates and participates in events such as medical and scientific educational meetings, conferences, congresses, advisory boards, etc.- Delivers clinical and scientific presentations at clinics and hospitals, investigation centres, and public health institutions in Angola- Integrates cross-functional brand teams - provides medical insights into cycle management strategy, launching of new products, and evaluation of new business opportunities- Counsels and collaborates closely with the Marketing teams in the conception, elaboration, and review of promotional materials for CVRM therapeutical area - Delivers training programmes - provides in-house medical, scientific and product training to Commercial teams across SSA markets including Angola, Ghana, Mauritius, Nigeria, Kenya, Tanzania, Zimbabwe

- Ensures that all activities and interactions are conducted in compliance with applicable local and global laws, regulations, guidelines and company policies and procedures- Validates and approves all interactions with HCPs/ HCOs in all therapy areas, plus required agreements and mandatory attachments, including sponsorships, donations, meetings, advisory board meetings in Portuguese-speaking Africa, according to AstraZeneca Policies and Procedures - Validates and approves newly generated or translated promotional and non-promotional materials for all therapy areas, for Portuguese-speaking Africa, according to AstraZeneca Policies and Procedures- Reviews or approves promotional and non-promotional materials for CVRM therapeutical area for all SSA markets.- Provides inputs into locally generated policies and procedures
