Dev Academy is an intensive 15-week full-stack web development training program, where I underwent an immersive experience designed to simulate real-world working environments. The course structure comprised a comprehensive 5-week block of self-directed learning followed by an intensive 9-week coding bootcamp.Throughout the program, I dedicated over 800 hours to coding, gaining proficiency in a wide range of technologies such as Git, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, relational databases, test-driven development (TDD), RESTful APIs, and unit testing. This work was conducted within an Agile framework, emphasizing adaptability and efficient project management. My contributions culminated in the development of multiple functioning applications, including a final project presented to a non-technical audience.This intensive 15-week program served as a catalyst for my career as a software developer. The fast-paced curriculum exposed me to new technologies daily, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS, React, Node.js, Jest, Supertest, Superagent, Express, and SQLite (with Knex).
