It is a more demanding public because it is easy to search and has more differentiated knowledge.Customer service with advice and use of up and cross-selling;Management of dermo-cosmetic orders and introduction of new products with a focus on dissemination and rotation;Promotion of pharmaceutical events with allusive decorations and invitations to specialist professionals;Responsible for social media, campaigns, and brand communications;Category management with implementation of the Kaizen method;Constant updating of market prices to make pharmacies competitive without losing value;Marketing organization of the two pharmacies.

Community pharmacist in an aging population, with a low level of education and with economic difficulties. It requires greater trust, empathy, and greater follow-up to ensure that the necessary information is channeled for correct adherence to therapy.

Given the growing number of calls to the SNS24 line due to the increase in cases of COVID-19, I joined the post-work contact center team.
