Assess Marketing & Comercial client needs (relating to new digital initiatives, CRM, CLM, advanced analytics, CMS) and translate them into business requirements-Manage development/product backlog: stablish priorities, communication plan, risk assessment, deliverables. -Work closely with the development team, facilitator role and architecture role-Ensure clear and timely communication to management: product roadmaps, resources consumption and project progress reports-Create guidelines and best practices and provide guidance-Assist the business stakeholders in defining and obtaining the correct analytics data reports and dashboards-Organise communication and workshops with key stakeholders
