Business And Engineering Operations Specialist
Current• Plan, implement and deploy operational control policies over engineering and product related processes• Diagram and evaluate existing processes to identify streamlining opportunities• Define key indicators and metrics for up and downstream improvements.• Align and define interfaces with external groups and entities up and downstream the processes• Organize and accelerate cross-functional project teams required for global process definition and roll out.• Coordinate and deliver consultation on the adoption and use of defined flows and methodologies to improve process performance and product quality.• Communicate and train (courses) on measurement, analysis, improvement, and control as needed• Continuously collect up-to-date best-practices and new methodologies applicable to in-house techniques and processes
