Including; renovating a 50 year old community pool, creating a horse corral and horsemanship program, implementing a new customer engagement initiative, and leading strategic planning. I am proud of my work as a professional Girl Scout. My passion is recruiting, retaining, developing and appreciating volunteers. I successfully built relationships within communities sharing the vision and mission of the Girl Scout movement. Due to my concise planning and enthusiastic team member mentoring, communities saw an increase in girls and adults participating in Girl Scouting.I hold true to my core values throughout my life. Honest in my actions, communication, and relationships. My optimism is the key to creating an environment of enjoyment, motivation and success. I am never late, always early, and dependable!
