Colleagues describe her as "I have been acquainted with Joan for a while now, but it was not until recently that I had a chance to personally work with him, and it has truly been a joy. Throughout the 2017 Spring Semester, Joan and I worked together on a social media project, acting as social media consultants for a local non-profit organization. Throughout the semester, Joan’s dedication stood out especially through his communication skills and his contagious curiosity. Ultimately, he proved to me his capacity to quickly take his newfound knowledge and apply it to real-life scenarios. Consequently, his active participation and commitment has proved him to be a faithful group partner who has heavily contributed to the positive results of the project.
