Business 4 Business is held monthly, and gives a small business owner, and sometimes a nonprofit, the opportunity to share their challenges with a variety of business, nonprofit and community leaders who are present to support the owner. I am passionate about my work, believe fundamentally in the power of connecting people and communities, and thrive in making introductions that enable both parties to be even more successful.

I was privileged to serve as the Vice Chair of Membership for the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce. During that time many new businesses opened with a big celebration, ribbon cutting and high hopes to be successful. Many of these companies were very successful and others closed with little to no explanation. The closing of any business concerns me. We have so many resources from the many business owners who are successful we should be able to help each other succeed.I decided to form a group with fellow business owners to help one business every month. I meet with the business who will sit in what we call the Hot Seat. I interview them to see what they need help with to remain open or move to the next level. At the end of each month we come together to help this business owner. It is one short hour but it is filled with powerful suggestions to help a fellow business owner.We need to keep an open face to face communication going to make sure our economies stay strong and thrive. Our Business 4 Business Think Tank is the safety net for anyone who needs help with their business.
