As the leader of the portfolio management department, my role was to help conceive, develop and sell software and data solutions to institutional real estate investors throughout Switzerland.Key achievements:- Increased revenues by 25% to 30% each year- Moved several legacy apps and paper reports to web-based SaaS solutions (IAZI Benchmark, IAZI real estate portfolio management system)- Conceived and launched IAZI Maps, a map-based data solution for investors and lenders- Conceived and launched the IAZI Real Estate awards, both as an excellence distinction to outstanding investors but also as powerful lead magnet tool for our benchmark and portfolio management business- Lead a team of 10 people, both on the business and engineering side

Financial audit of banks, mainly in the Swiss private banking industry. Major clients include Morgan Stanley, Société Générale, BBVA, Arab Bank, Dexia & Rosbank. Other clients in physical commodity trading and real estate.

As a part-time private client advisor in the outbound team for Western Switzerland, my role was to cold call leads in order to sell banking products and arrange appointments for client advisors in the local branches. During my 3 years there, I have contacted over 10'000 potential clients and converted hundreds of them. This student job taught me the importance of doing outreach, which has served me ever since.
