- Develop and execute strategic PR plans aligned with company objectives, leveraging a deep understanding of the TV industry, media landscape, and target audience.- Cultivate and manage relationships with key media partner, including government and non government institute, journalists, and influencers, securing positive media coverage and brand mentions.- Manage company reputation, proactively addressing potential issues, mitigating negative press, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all earned channels.- Oversee press engagement activities, including press releases, media kits, interview coordination, and press events, maximizing company visibility and positive sentiment.- Understands how to craft and execute an annual plan both at the campaign level and always on.- Collaborate closely with the Community Management, providing guidance and strategic direction to ensure alignment between PR and community engagement efforts.- Manage and oversee the PR community and non-community relationship, providing clear briefs, reviewing proposals, and ensuring alignment with company objectives and budget.- Knows how to craft a narrative for earned storytelling, with a keen sense of what works to drive desire for our images. - Track and analyse PR social media performance, measuring key metrics such as media impressions, reach, engagement, and sentiment to demonstrate ROI and inform future strategies. - Handling 6 internal car auction and 2 motorcycle auction flow process and market research to deal with bid price until end-to-end process to bidder.- Responsible for new id card printing process up to 300+ staff ID Card and designing media flyer or brochures & uniform for driver and office boy at Head Office Jakarta and Sales Offices .- Assisting the staff to do asset checking & managing day to day administrative, approaching more than 50 vendors for asset, meeting & training preparation and minutes of meeting, maintaining asset/equipment condition and reports.
