Responsible for introducing this revolutionary home-building system to the A&D community in Northern California. Coordinated and presented several trade events and training sessions for this unique, proprietary framing technology within a very short period of time. Unfortunately the business closed with the onset of the COVID pandemic.

Led a team of 45 Sales/Design Consultants covering seven Bay Area counties. Pursued aggressive growth strategies for Northern California including increasing sales team by 25% and extensive training of current salespeople and Sales Leads.Restructured the sales division to create a more functional unit, by creating regional teams, one team for each of the seven Bay Area counties we served, with one ”Sales Lead” per region. This provided better access to and support from their sales leader, who understood the dynamics of that region and could develop solutions that were appropriate for the client’s personal needs and the style of the home itself. Accomplishments include year over year growth of 20% while recruiting, hiring and training 18 new salespeople; March 2019 sales exceeded March 2018 by 27%; delivered five training sessions in 2018 alone to implement our updated sales training system.

President and co-owner of Poliform San Francisco, the exclusive authorized representative for Poliform and Poliform|Varenna in Northern California, the Pacific Northwest and Hawaii. The Poliform brand encompasses a full range of high-end, contemporary furniture and cabinetry, engineered and manufactured in Italy, for placement in luxury single-family homes, multi-million dollar condominiums, and the world's most exciting hospitality and commercial projects.Started San Francisco operations from scratch, opening a state of the art showroom in the San Francisco Design Center, hiring just the few key people who could contribute to our growth, and achieving sales at the top end for independent showrooms of our size and client demographic.
