I work specifically with Kalamazoo Public Schools and with programs that build self awareness and other social emotional skills that are crucial for success in today's workforce.

Hope for Creation is a grassroots inter-religious group working to encourage and support faith-based action on climate change in greater Kalamazoo. My role is to support engagement with the diverse array of religious congregations and organizations in our county, broadening the group’s impact on education and actions to plan for and mitigate local impacts of climate change.

Conceptualized, directed and oversaw production of a digital film entitled "One Hundred Years of Discovery and Community" for the UMBS Centennial Celebration in August 2008. Conducted and edited over 100 in-depth interviews with current and emeritus faculty and staff, current students and UMBS alumni to gather reflections on the history and development of UMBS. Served on Centennial Committee which oversaw planning of events, seminars, publications in 2008.
