Draft, review and negotiate contracts and agreements including but not limited to MSA’s, SOW’s, NDA’s, and PO’s, redline agreements, interpretation of contract language, provide recommendations to mitigate risk, maintain contracts database, assist and advise sales on process, policies and best practices, coordination of customer credit analysis and contractual insurance requirements.
