About Joanie Bain

Joanie has been “around” real estate since a very young age. Her first introduction came from her father who was an avid investor in single and multifamily properties throughout Houston. Joanie played an active role in the all aspects of the property management throughout high school, college, and law school. After graduating from Law School, Joanie went on to have a successful career. Having rediscovered her passion in real estate, Joanie has been actively acquiring single and multifamily properties in Texas and other emerging markets.
