With over ten years of experience in the health care industry, I am a passionate and dedicated leader in quality and risk management. I currently serve the role of Director of Quality & Risk Management, where I oversee the implementation and evaluation of quality improvement and patient safety programs, policies, and procedures. I also collaborate with various stakeholders to identify, analyze, and mitigate risks, and to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. Previously, I was a Director of Hospital Operations, where I managed the daily operations of the facility, including budgeting, staffing, contracting, and accreditation. I have a strong background in quality metrics, quality risk management, and problem solving, which I acquired through my MBA in Health Services Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management, and through my hands-on experience in various health care settings. My mission is to provide high-quality and safe care to patients, and to foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration among the health care team. I am always eager to learn new skills, explore new challenges, and contribute to the success of the organization.
