The day to day activities are steeped in compliance tasks, reviewing documents for proper execution, verifying funding, confirming profitability, submitting projects for set up, and processing contract extensions and terminations. I'm fascinated by the complexity of the projects we do for our clients. It's intense at times, but never boring.

Although my primary function is Operations, I've done much more in 15 years to keep my Team up and running due to my tech background; re-imaging/upgrading computers, installing network printers/routers/switches, wireless set ups, desktop support, minor repairs on Blackberry's, even maintaining Novell environments, whatever it took to ensure the success of our Operation. I believe that's something that truly makes a great company...employees who are willing to look beyond their job titles and doing whatever it necessary to get the job done. True teamwork.

Brought on as a contractor to merge payroll records for the Western Division in preparation for the new Accounting Center opening in Rockville, Maryland.Put processes in place for record keeping of billing and timesheets. Worked closely with Collections to resolve issues.
