I am passionate about beautiful portraits. I have worked closely with Professional Portrait Photographers in the custom portrait lab industry for most of my career. I joined the Reed team in 2004 managing the portrait sales division. There is nothing more exciting than when a photographer captures that exceptional moment, has it professionally printed, to become a family heirloom for years to come… My belief and personal goal is to be helpful through strong ethical customer service giving my clients a feeling of trust and confidence in the products I provide.My twin sister Jeanie and I enjoy spending crazy fun times together…During all four beautiful seasons I enjoy traveling through Colorado’s majestic mountains.

Supervising production for medical student in-coming slide orders and phone calls daily. Implementing production polices to maintain slide and image stock photos for educational use when needed on a daily basis. Balance daily of cash register and deposits, insure and obtain all paper work is accurate for accounts payable on a daily basis. Organizing schools for schedules of medical students photo composites and graduation portraits, including packaging, proofing and framing. Responsibilities of ordering all materials and photo supplies with monthly inventory ledgers.

Implemented orders from sales to production staff, and assured delivery and shipping request on a timely manner. Mantained and coordinated accurate workflow production sent in through professional photography studio's. Having the solid convidence of customer service skills to increase customer relationships with clients and vendors. Having in depth knowledge of billing and pricing system. And most important: Quality Control was my highest degree of knowledge..Color and Density control tests were done 3-times daily to assure customer quality and satisfaction.
