Joani Gill returned home to West Michigan to raise her two children following an extraordinary career in the couture fashion industry where television personalities, celebrities, international royalty, and Washington’s upper echelon depended on Joani to dress them for every occasion.Joani seamlessly transitioned from the business of “leather and lace,” to “nuts and bolts,” joining the family manufacturing firm where she held leadership roles in Strategy, Public Relations, Communications, and Business Development. Competitiveness, determination, and resilience were a way of life and a survival technique for Joani growing up the middle child of twelve. Seeking a new challenge in 2011, she entered the world of “dollars and cents,” and embarked on a career in Finance and Insurance where she advised clients in investments and wealth planning, specializing in helping business owners successfully exit the companies they built. The common thread in Joani’s endeavors is the personal, intimate, and trusting relationship she develops with her clients. Successfully serving client’s needs is where Joani finds her greatest joy and she accomplishes that through empathic listening, warmheartedness and professional expertise.Buying or selling a home is a huge life decision.
