Maintain a base of freelance illustrators for project needs, and oversee general departmental workflow to ensure deadlines are met. Source photos and imagery used in marketing projects. Led strategic design projects including adaptation of print publications to video format, implementation of a digital asset management system, overhaul of the corporate brand identity, website, and standards, creation of branded materials, and a year-long campaign commemorating the company’s 80-year anniversary.

Directed a team of 3 designers in producing integrated marketing materials including direct mail, publications, print advertising, email campaigns, and trade show / sales collateral. Part of a group tasked with overhauling the corporate logo and establishing new brand standards. Worked closely with the Marketing Director on design direction and feedback. Involved in negotiating print pricing, stock selection, press checks, and printer approvals to ensure projects met timeline and budget constraints.
