Health Information Analyst III, involved in multiple aspects of Health Information Management for the six facilities in the Central Florida North region. Areas of experience include Meaningful Use, Clinical Informatics, Chart Review and Abstracting, and patient chart maintenance and correction. I am solely responsible for the mandatory assimilation and reporting of hospital patient data to the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration for five hospitals in our region.
