I have been a senior executive for over 20 years in the technology industry, where I took a number of leadership positions at a local and international level. Later I decided to move to the consulting industry, first joining a local consulting firm as a partner and then creating my own consulting firm together with other high profile professionals, specializing in strategic planning, innovation and business effectiveness practices.Since 2009, I have led projects for clients in companies such as Novartis, Pepsico, Sony, Bayer, Microsoft, Johnson & Johnson, BASF, Nestlé or Roche, both in Spain and in the USA, Japan, Korea, Mexico or Brazil, among other countries.Beyond consulting, I am very active in the Barcelona startup ecosystem, I regularly advise young entrepreneurs, I have invested in more than 20 startups and I participate as a board member in several of them.In the academia arena, I teach strategy and sales management in postgraduate programs at laSalle Campus Barcelona, part of the Ramon Llull University, and also on Innovation in the MBI at the University of Barcelona (UB). In the past I've been as well teaching at the IQS and at the Pompeu Fabra University.
