As Manager of National Advertising Administration, I directed a team consisting of a National Advertising Coordinator, five Regional Advertising Coordinators, and their Assistants. Managed daily operations of co-op advertising system, with emphasis on weekly and monthly financial reporting, credit reconciliation and customer service. Coordinated the activities of an independent audit agency whose responsibility it was to enforce policies and procedures. Worked with technical support staff to improve systems to expedite the advertising process. Initiated annual advertising meetings to improve internal systems organization wide and foster a higher level of customer satisfaction.

As Supervisor of National Advertising Administration, I supervised two National Advertising Coordinators responsible for administrative procedures. Worked together with Regional Advertising Coordinators and Assistants to resolve unauthorized advertising, outstanding and inconsistent claims. Compiled weekly and monthly financial reports, responded to credit, account and vendor inquiries regarding reimbursement.

Planned advertising and promotional strategies with Sales and Branch Managers. Purchased media in tri-state area and acted as a liaison between label marketing managers and media to promote specific artists.
