How great is it that I got to identify my communication forte as a kid?! I had my first business idea at 7 years old and since then my creative & innovative nerve has continued to grow. As a teenager I kept a journal to jot every experience, this aided in setting priorities, budgeting and ultimately developed my passion for: academic, professional and creative writing. I have demonstrated great organizational skills even in my personal life with simple tools like a menu for my family, list of chores and a daily schedule. This trait has facilitated me professionally to come up with and supervise action plans & schedules, and successfully coordinate over 100 events e.g. conferences, trainings, networking cocktails, end year parties, team building, CSRs, sports, press briefing, weddings etc. Having studied Sociology and Communication, I am keen on researching trends and formulating Public Relations strategies and Communication campaigns that tell the brand's story, create brand awareness, presence, growth in ranking, sales and partnership.It has been a privilege to work in positions that have challenged me to grow deeper roots in my career with experience in writing content for: websites, newsletters, press release, reports, social media, partnership proposals etc. I am eager and adaptable to learn new tools and techniques in this ever evolving field.In 2018 I founded the Parklands Arya Girls Alumni Program with the aim of empowering my former school mates and create a platform for mentoring our younger sisters in school. This is an example of my proactive attitude and ability to bring people together.I enjoy reading books, my favorite author being the late Dr. Wayne Dyer. His book ‘Being in Balance’ shaped me with the overall outlook that we are what we think.
