Teach Psychology Classes and Business soft skills classesI sit on several committees that conduct the school's businessand I sponsor two extracurricular clubs for students.

Directed the day to day business of running the dormitories and one guest dormitory that was similar to a hostel for visiting professors and dignitaries. Trained all the Residential Assistants in the dorms and coordinated with security and student services director. Maintained an office staff of four and worked with maintenance and janitorial staff to assure that our buildings were safe and operational.I also worked with a number of community members and faculty to provide activities, entertainment and educational opportunities for the dorm students.

Ran the annual fundraising campaign, publicized it and spoke at various community groups to spread the word about United Way. Worked with the Board of Directors and helped them find ways that they might assist with the fund raising efforts. Arranged for group leaders to fund raise in their immediate area. Coordinated with United Way of Albuqueque to help our leaders become more proficient at their service to the community. Initiated a Volunteer Center opening for McKinley County. Worked with volunteers to place them in satisfying volunteer work placement.
