1.Contact potential or existing client to inform them about a services using data pool provided by the company.2.Manage customers account, prepare contracts to client for new AMC and renewal.3.Handle client complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution.4.Record and manage all staff and make it sure they are complete and accurate.5.Support payroll for the monthly time and attendance of site staff.6.Assist hr department for the request renewal of emirate ID, company id and visa renewal.7.Handling and maintening Petty cash.
