JoAnn has launched and managed two opportunistic US based commercial property investment funds for publicly traded corporations. Funds invested totalled over $6B and the latest fund achieved in excess of a 20% equity rate of return over a 10-year period. Previously she was Managing Director at GE Capital where she developed and rolled out new programs in joint ventures, tax exempt bonds and affordable housing. In addition, she has acquired assets for a pension fund advisor and led production and asset management for an 11 state commercial mortgage operation accumulating over $4B in assets and overseeing $500MM in annual production.
