• Majority customers from Tobacco Industry – Philip Morris, JTI and BAT• Achievement - Managed to get Philip Morris tender for 2+1, sales RM3 million monthly. • Total personnel sales RM4.5 million monthly. • Product development for new and existing business, travelling Asia and Europe country.• Product costing. • Follow up outstanding payment & collection.• Resolving customer complaints and establishing preventive measures.• Working with customer to develop mutual cost savings initiatives and process improvement.• Prepare monthly report for Sales, analysis and forecast for material planning.• Lead and develop subordinates for succession planning, chair meeting with four (4) subordinates on weekly activities.
