• Assist the Superintendent in general administrative operations• Guides research activities and generally oversees all research projects• Provides word processing and office technology support to department personnel.• Composes, proof, type, and distribute routine letters, memorandums, reports, and • spreadsheets. • Present presentation material to assure timely routine or answering of correspondence.• Make arrangements for travel for 350+ department personnel• Maintain calendar of appointments for designated Executives.• Assemble, prepare, and distribute materials for meetings to provide all attending with • appropriateinformation• Coordinate and set up high level conference calls, board and management meetings, and • special meetings.• Update and maintain Superintendent of Education calendar, reports, and memorandums.• Performs such other tasks and assumes such other responsibilities as the superintendent • may from time to time assign or delegate
