2018 – Present – Provisioning Escalations Management Access & Cloud Responsible for all Access and Cloud Escalations for Spectrotel initiated both internally and from our Agents, Customers and Carriers for a prompt and timely resolution to the issue(s) at hand.

Project Manager / Provisioning Service Delivery Spectrotel Holdings – Neptune, NJ Responsible for delivery of client orders from inception through successful installation over a number of carrier networks and product combinations. Accountability to meet or exceed all service levels including on-time performance for customer and carrier orders and meeting all quality standards and policies set forth by Management.

Sablime Database Administrator for 1,000 End Users both U.S. and International. Sablime is an MR defect tracking and SRC database. Reponsilbe for installing/maintaining/upgrading and creating schemas which are project based.

Unix System Administrator reponsible for 13 production servers, including backups and restores, and printing services/spooling software for all unix servers and their hardware.

Unix Systems Admninistrator, responsible from out of box setup to full configuration and administration of servers.Lab networking, configurations of Xlyplex servers and all other lab test setup installations.

Responible for the installations/upgrading and administration of the Unison print spooler on 33 unix servers and for all printer hardware in association with for South Jersey AT&T Bell Laboratories.
