I joined Ibstock on the 16th October 2000 @ Laybrook Sale Office as a Telesales & administrator, roles including order processing, reception cover, processing samples, filing, post and customer service. By 2003 I had been promoted to Assistant Sales Office Manager, managing a team of 16 people, roles including recruitment, complaint queries, organising remedial work, production planning, training and general office clerical work. I began my role as a Vintners Assistant, accredited with the Wine & Spirit Education Trust Higher Certificate.I then changed positions within King & Barnes to Telesales, accurate recording of beers, wines and spirits orders to company owned Public houses.
