• Planning and Supporting various student activities within the University.• Setting up and conducting “Give it a Go!” activities two times a week.• Maintaining an inventory of group related equipment and resources, including monitoring any storage on Students’ Union premises.• Booking space or facilities with facility providers on and off campus.• Set up for events and coordinating them, help with student sign ups and experience through the event.
