Panforte, means strong bread in Italian, and has been a family tradition for our holidays. When visiting Siena, Italy many years ago, Gary and I walked into a cafe one morning and found curious stacks of dense, nutty fruitcake sitting on the counter. We ordered cappuccino and took a chance buying slices of what turned out to be heaven-Panforte! It’s not really a bread, it’s a nutty, fruity, spice-filled specialty. Since then, I set out to create a version that is original to our family. It has taken years of perfecting and elevating my recipe! Now, Hello World Panforte is available year round.

Pilates Loft/ Lab is undergoing many new changes during Covid shutdown and reopening, including; moving to a bigger more comprehensive space to a name change and new classes. Working with Beth Elkins Wales, we created a story line and methods of communicating with her clients to keep them engaged, taking classes online and anticipating the big changes Beth had planned. To date, Pilates Loft has changed their name to Pilates LAB, representing an approach to Pilates that brings innovation and functional movement to the discipline. This changes included a logo change, added online classes, Patreon classes, and is currently renovating space on Allen Street to house Pilates LAB.

Conducted analysis of current operating strategies after Covid- 19 shut down and reopening. Worked with Amy McCarthy and manager on immediate changes for fall and upcoming holidays including staffing communications and timeline for future projects.
